or it's followers offer no warranty, either expressed or implied,
regarding the safety, condition, or nature of it's ads or wares. All
information on this server is provided in good faith but no warranty can
be made for its accuracy. MLI and it's customers do
not accept any responsibility for the consequences of using information,
services, or any other items or information found on this server or
relating to this server.
All access to this server and/or use of information found herein or
pertaining to this server is made at your own risk and is solely your
own responsibility.
MLI services may be used only for lawful purposes.
Any activity which violates U.S. Federal or State Laws is prohibited.
This includes posting material that is threatening, legally obscene,
libelous or violates trade secret, patent, trademark or copyright

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MLI and its'
owners from all claims which arise from your usage under this agreement
without limitation. You further agree that any material provided by you
on MLI servers is legal to distribute to users of all
ages within the United States.
You agree that you will only authorize MLI to post
material which you lawfully own or have acquired distribution rights to,
and that you will, on demand, perfect your statement of ownership for
the purposes of MLI legal protection.
Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in advance, all legally obtained
and/or contributed material, images or content becomes the sole property
of MLI.
Usage of MLI's intellectual property: Unauthorized
reproduction or use of MLI's articles, photos, logos, graphics or
scripts is strictly prohibited. Use of an MLI designed web site does not
equate client ownership of the site. Client paid design fees cover
design, posting and administration of the site. Ownership of the site
and the associated intellectual property is held by MLI until the site is purchased from MLI by the client or
released to the client in writing by MLI. Domain name
ownership is assigned to the InterNIC registrant. Any unauthorized use
of an MLI created site is strictly prohibited.
User trademarks are property of the client. Custom web based graphics,
active-x controls or scripts incorporating the clients trademark,
created by MLI, become property of the client and MLI
until such time as the site rights are purchased or the graphic is
removed from the World Wide Web.
No exceptions. Terminated clients/sites have 30 days to comply with the
above terms.
Piracy of MLI administered web servers or property is
theft and legal action will be pursued.
Notice: Accesses to the MLI remote/FTP
Servers) are logged.
Most FTP and WWW servers, including this one, log URL requests to their
servers.
Our logs include the time, date, the URL requested, and the machine
originating the request.
Unauthorized access will result in immediate termination of services and
prosecution of all parties involved.
Billing: Where applicable, all sales are final unless otherwise
agreed upon by MLI. All billing terms are payable
upon receipt unless contract terms specify otherwise. Yearly hosting
fees are not refundable if your account is terminated for violation
of above terms or if the account is voluntarily transferred to another
ISP or web host.
Cancellation of MLI's services must be requested in writing.
Service contract customers are due a refund per their contract terms.
MLI is not responsible for lost revenue due to non payment of hosting
services. |

Mission
Statement:
The purpose of this website is to provide a virtual town hall for the
residents of the Town of Kaukauna. Today most people don't bother to attend public town meetings, in fact
many don't even know when they are held or how to find out when they will
be held.
This website uses the internet in an attempt to fix that problem.
The administrator of this site is not directly affiliated with the
town board or any governing body.
It will not be the intent of this website to take sides in any matter,
but only to present the facts and to provide information. MLI and it's owners assume no
responsibility for any opinions posted on this site. Issues with posted
content can be easily resolved by contacting the
town board.
