PLANNING BOARD MEETING
Date: January 4, 2012
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Town of Kaukauna Hall, Outagamie County
Topic: Planning Board Quarterly Meeting
The Town of Kaukauna, Planning Commission will be meeting on Wednesday January 4, 2012 at 7:00PM.
Agenda (This is the same agenda as the October 5, 2011 meeting)
1. Ken Vander Heiden will bring suggestions for new permit fees.
2. Discuss conducting more Planning Board meetings i.e. Monthly.
3. Review and update Ordinances
a. Mike Van Asten will research whether the Supplemental fee is still allowed in the ordinance since the Conversion fee has been eliminated.
b. Pete Van Wychen will bring a copy of the Sign Ordinance as that needs to be reviewed.
4. Discuss pay raise for Planning Board members
The meeting will be held at the Town of Kaukauna Town Hall, W780 Greiner Road, Kaukauna, WI, Outagamie County at 7:00PM.
